Yes. From the calendar, you can create each session as an appointment with its service, professional, and time, and check visits in the client profile. You can offer the plan itself as another service in your catalog.
Both. Create the plan as a service with its own price and deposit, then collect the balance at checkout. Or charge each session individually. If an appointment changes, you can refund the payment and keep the record.
Yes. Create or adapt forms from templates and assign them to each service. Clients can answer and sign from their link, and you review the answers before the session. Your studio decides the questions.
In the client profile. Save notes like their preferred pressure or the products used, and check their visit history to see which plan sessions they’ve completed.
For online payments, connect Guwy Payments (Stripe) and choose deposits, full payment, or both options. Card payments at checkout require Guwy Payments; methods depend on your account and device. Processing fees are separate from the subscription.
