What changes in your day
Without Guwy, and with it
Without Guwy
- Client details are scattered across your phone, a notebook and chat threads
- Before a touch-up, you dig through old messages to see what was done and by whom
- Team notes and instructions for the client end up mixed together
With Guwy
- One profile with contact details, notes, tags, appointments and related forms
- Their history shows service, professional, date, status and linked forms
- Internal notes stay separate; client notes go by email or SMS when you choose
How it works
Clients in three steps
- 01
Find or create the profile
Search by name, email or phone before creating a new profile. You can also create it from the appointment form.
- 02
Organize it with tags
Create tags with a name, icon and color, assign them to each profile and mark your VIP clients so they stand out in the directory.
- 03
Prepare the next appointment
Review past and upcoming appointments with service, professional, status and forms, and leave notes for your team.

The VIP mark helps you recognize the client; on its own it doesn’t trigger discounts, priority or messages.

A visit is a completed appointment whose start time has passed; future bookings don’t count. History is not proof of payment.
Sample dataAppointment notes
- Internal note (team only)
- Sensitive skin; check previous shade
- Note for the client
- Avoid direct sun for the first few days
- Sending
- Email with the text, or SMS with a link
Saving doesn’t send the note. SMS requires appointment consent and resources; its private link lasts seven days.

Everything you can do
One profile per client
Contact details, notes, tags, appointments and related forms in one place. Appointment and marketing SMS consent are managed separately.
Appointment and visit history
See upcoming and past appointments with service, professional, date, status and linked forms, for example before a touch-up.
Tags and VIP clients
Group your directory with your own tags and filter VIP, blocked or archived clients.
Internal notes and client notes
Keep team-only information apart from instructions for the client, and send those by email or SMS when you choose to.
A tidy directory
Archive profiles you no longer use and restore them when needed. Data deletion is a separate process.

Frequently asked questions
No. The VIP marker helps you recognize the client, but it does not activate discounts, priority or messages on its own. Deleting a tag removes its assignments and keeps the clients.
No, sending is an action you choose. Email contains the text and SMS a private link that lasts seven days; SMS requires client consent and available resources. Later edits do not change a copy already sent.
A completed appointment whose start time has passed, even if it includes several services. Future bookings do not count as visits. History reflects recorded statuses and does not replace a payment receipt.
Archiving is reversible: an owner or manager removes the profile from the regular directory and can unarchive it later. Data deletion is a separate action and requires owner verification.
