Questions about your business
Yes. Book each session as its own appointment with its artist and duration. The client’s history keeps their visits and notes so you can pick the piece up where you left off.
Yes. Build a form with your own questions and assign it to your consultation service. Share it by link or email before the appointment so you can review the answers before you sit down to draw.
Yes. Assign each artist their services and shifts, and block days off or convention days. Blocks don’t cancel existing appointments, so review any that need moving. The base plan includes one professional seat; additional seats are purchased separately.
For online payments, connect Guwy Payments (Stripe) and choose deposits, full payment, or both options. Card payments at checkout require Guwy Payments; methods depend on your account and device. Processing fees are separate from the subscription.
Start with templates and adapt questions, signatures, and reviews to the way you work. Your business needs to review and define content appropriate for its procedures and requirements.
