Stock movements & low stock
Record incoming stock, waste and adjustments. Identify products at the minimum level you set.
Before you start
Sign in with a role that can access this feature. If the section is missing, ask the owner to check your user permissions.
Movements are recorded manually; restocking purchases are not automatic.
Step by step
- Select the product and type: incoming stock, waste or adjustment.
- Enter quantity; for adjustments enter the actual total that should remain, not the difference.
- Add a note and save.
- Review stock and recent movements; filter by low stock to identify minimum levels.
Usage details
Movements are manual and require permission. Minimum levels identify products but do not generate automatic restocking.
