Guwy Payments: connection and installments
Activate Guwy Payments to accept customer payments. It uses Stripe as its payment processing infrastructure.
Before you start
Sign in with a role that can access this feature. If the section is missing, ask the owner to check your user permissions.
The owner must complete provider verification. Availability depends on the business activity, country and account status.
Step by step
- Start the connection from payment settings.
- Complete the information and verification requirements.
- Return to Guwy and check your connected account status.
- Once active, review the methods available for your payments and bookings.
Usage details
Guwy creates or resumes its Stripe Connect Express connected account. The current flow does not directly link an existing independent Stripe Standard account. Online bookings may offer options such as Affirm, Klarna, Afterpay, Zip or Sunbit when enabled and eligible. The provider decides approval and manages installments. This does not guarantee these methods on an M2 reader.
