Connect your own tools
With a developer’s help, connect appointment, client and other supported data through the Guwy API.
Before you start
Sign in with a role that can access this feature. If the section is missing, ask the owner to check your user permissions.
Uses permission-based keys and request allowances; it is not an automatic connection to every app.
Step by step
- As owner, open Settings → API → Documentation and review integration needs with your developer.
- In the API Keys tab, create a read-only key or full access to supported operations.
- Configure it privately in the external system and consult the available documentation.
- Monitor usage and revoke or regenerate the key when appropriate.
Usage details
Keys have permissions and allowances. Full access does not mean every internal operation. Regeneration replaces the previous key. Do not share keys, passwords or client data publicly.
