Send appointments to Google Calendar and import timed events as availability blocks.
Before you start
Sign in with a role that can access this feature. If the section is missing, ask the owner to check your user permissions.
Requires an authorized connection. All-day events are not imported; editing in Google does not reschedule an appointment in Guwy.
Step by step
- Authorize your Google account.
- Configure the calendar and professionals within your role’s scope.
- Run the initial sync and review exported appointments.
- Check imported blocks from timed events and keep the connection active.
Usage details
External events are blocks, not complete bookings. All-day events are skipped. Editing an event in Google does not automatically reschedule the Guwy appointment.
