Documents alongside the client profile
View available PDFs and attach external forms as PDFs or images to the client profile.
Before you start
Sign in with a role that can access this feature. If the section is missing, ask the owner to check your user permissions.
Access and storage depend on account status and capacity.
Step by step
- To work on paper, download a blank template PDF.
- To attach an external document, select manual upload, client, title and file.
- Upload a supported PDF or image and view the saved document in the profile.
- For digital forms, download the available final PDF after completing the process.
Usage details
Manual uploads support up to 15 MB and depend on storage capacity. Recording a document as completed does not verify an external signature. The client’s public copy has its own access window and excludes private specialist fields.
