Step by step
- As owner, check the usage period.
- Review allowances, usage, balance and account capacity.
- If you need more, check pack quantity and price before buying.
- Check the balance afterward and contact support about discrepancies.
Usage details
Resources are shared by the business and renew by UTC calendar month. Adding professionals does not multiply SMS or email. Packs and seats expand different things.
