Sign in with a role that can access this feature. If the section is missing, ask the owner to check your user permissions.
This inbox does not support manual SMS replies like a chat.
Step by step
- Open SMS with a role that has communications access.
- Select a client or number.
- Review received messages and recorded automatic sends.
- Mark as read or use the call option when available.
Usage details
The inbox lets you review history, not reply manually by SMS like a chat. Notes, reminders and campaigns are sent through their own features.
